1. General aspects
Rates are expressed in price / night. The tenants of any accommodation on the campsite can enjoy the common facilities: toilets, sinks, swimming pools and gardens and other facilities for common use.
The Villasol campsite undertakes to reserve the number of plots or accommodation requested, without their situation being taken into account.
The customer must wait for the confirmation by email after making the reservation.
The campsite reserves the right to cancel a reservation within 48 hours of confirmation if any error in the rate or minimum stay is observed, always communicating it to the client and paying the advances made free of charge.
In the General Rate (TG) the client must pay 25% of the total amount of the stay as an advance per reservation and the rest on arrival at the campsite.
In Non-Refundable Rates (TNR) 100% of the stay will be charged.
The campsite will check the credit card details when the client makes a reservation with payment at the campsite. If the credit card details provided by the client are not valid, the campsite can contact the client to request a valid credit card or reject the reservation.
The entry to the campsite of minors under eighteen years of age, not accompanied by their parents or guardians, must present an authorization signed by said parents or guardians for their stay at the campsite.
It is mandatory to identify yourself by means of an official document in force for anyone from 16 years of age who enters our campsite.
Access limitations:
When the number of places in our campsite has been completed.
To those people who manifest violent or aggressive attitudes.
To people who carry weapons or objects that can be used as such.
People with clothing or symbols that incite violence, racism or xenophobia.
To those people who show symptoms of having consumed prohibited substances.
It is possible to expel those people who hinder the correct development of the activity.
Detection of possible cases of truancy:
Aimed at children from 6 to 16 years old, from September to June.
Profile of children: Minors who spend long periods in the campsite facilities and who apparently do not go to any educational center
School Absenteeism Program: Unschooling and school absenteeism in minors whose attendance at educational centers is compulsory limits their personal, educational and intellectual development. Camping Villasol ensures compliance with compulsory schooling, as well as adopting the necessary measures to encourage the regular attendance of minors at the educational center. Therefore it is forbidden for children to camp on school dates.

The campsite reserves the right to change the programming of entertainment activities according to the needs of the campsite at all times. The activities described on the web are indicative with the aim of informing about the existing possibilities. They do not imply a commitment on the part of the campsite to have said activities at all times.
Animals are not permitted.
2. Conditions for reservation of plots
Entry at 1:00 p.m. and departure at 12:00 p.m. Consult with Reception the possibility of modifying said condition.

3. Accommodation reservation conditions
Check-in at 5:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 p.m. Consult with Reception the possibility of modifying said condition.
The reservation of the accommodation requires a subsequent confirmation by the campsite that will be made via email.
Customers will have to leave € 100 in cash or card at the entrance as a guarantee against damage that could cause the inventoried objects in the bungalow. This guarantee will be returned to you upon departure, once it has been reviewed by the person in charge.

What is NOT included in the price?
Adults in addition to the capacity established in the rate and / or additional vehicles.
Electricity, for stays longer than 15 days.
Portable air conditioner (in Comanches accommodations)
4. Payment of the reservation
In the General Rate (TG) the campsite will charge an advance of 25% (minimum € 20 in pitch and € 50 in accommodation) to formalize the reservation.
In the Non Refundable Rates (TNR) the campsite will charge 100% of the stay to formalize the reservation.
The only form of payment accepted for this advance is payment by credit card.
The campsite will charge the amount of the advance within 48 hours of receipt of the reservation.
The rest of the amount will be paid at the time of entry, in cash or by card, as the customer prefers.
5. Cancellation of reservations
If you cancel the reservation 7 days or less before your arrival, the advance will be available to the company. If the cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance we will refund 100% of the deposit.
Once the check in is done, no amount of the total amount of the planned stay will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Rates (TNR) do not allow changes, cancellations or refunds. Once installed in the plot or accommodation, no amount of the total amount of the planned stay will be returned.
If the booking has NOT been made through the campsite’s website and the refund is requested one month after the payment or later, the campsite will send a bank transfer. Any bank fee derived from this transaction will be charged to the customer and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
