In this document, you will find the rules to follow in these situations. Our main aim is to make your stay and the stay of the rest of the guests as pleasant as possible.
- Camping Villasol does not accept pets and reserves the right not to accept reservations from customers who bring them. Access with pets is only possible for guide dogs, in which case the campsite must be informed in advance.
- Birds, reptiles or any other animals are not allowed.
- The owner of the guide dog must keep it in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions. It is mandatory to bring the vet card or the dog’s passport, with all the documentation in order. On the contrary, you will not be able to stay. It is mandatory for the dog to be microchipped, vaccinated against rabies and dewormed.
- The owner is responsible for any damage and inconvenience caused by the guide dog, whether to third parties or to facilities/furniture. If this happens, the cost of the repair needed will be charged to the final invoice. The campsite reserves the right to offer the relocation of the animal in a residence or its expulsion in the case of discomfort or damage during the stay.
- At all times, the client must be responsible for the guide dog and its behavior. It can stay inside the plot or bungalow and walk through the common areas as long as it is leashed. Guide dogs will not be allowed inside the restaurant, only on the terrace, nor in the swimming pool area.
- It is not allowed for the guide dog to do its business on the premises of the campsite.
- To leave or enter the facilities, you must always have your guide dog on a leash, as well as in common areas where the animal is allowed to walk around.
- Guide dogs may be left alone in the bungalow or on the plot (in the latter case always on a leash), although it is recommended to avoid doing so for long periods. In these cases, clients should avoid disturbances such as barking or crying and possible damage.
These rules are subject to change or updates.
Thank you for your cooperation.
